All reports are first reviewed by the Ethical Management Division at Coway Headquarters in Korea.
Depending on the nature of the case, your reports may be forwarded to the relevant regional office for handling.

All reports are kept strictly confidential, and good-faith reporters will not be subject to any disadvantage.
