In 2025, Coway deepened its leadership in environmental home appliances with meaningful innovations in its core water and air purifier lineup, reflecting the company’s fundamental approach to innovation, one that balances design, performance and consumer trust equally.

One of the highlights of this year’s advancements was the completion of the new Icon Ice Water Purifier series, comprised of Mini, Standard and Max models. Designed to meet a diverse range of household needs, the expanded lineup now spans compact to large-capacity sizing options, all while maintaining Coway’s signature minimalist aesthetic and featuring the company’s leading advanced filtration performance. With their seamless integration of ice-making capabilities and refined, elegant design, each model in the new Icon series sets a new standard in the ice-making water purifier category and further strengthens Coway’s competitive position within the market.
 

Coway’s NOBLE 2 Air Purifier Lineup

Coway also elevated its premium air purifier portfolio in 2025 with the launch of the NOBLE 2.0 Air Purifier series. Equipped with a four-sided 4D filter, the NOBLE 2.0 delivers 360-degree air purification, efficiently circulating clean air throughout spaces of up to 133㎡. Its refined square tower design and nature-inspired color options reflect Coway’s design philosophy, seamlessly integrating advanced performance with sophisticated aesthetics to enhance everyday living environments.

Coway’s product design philosophy continued to gain international recognition throughout 2025 as the company swept all four major global design awards: the iF Design Award, the Red Dot Design Award, the International Design Excellence Awards (IDEA) and the Good Design Awards. Coway Is Recognized at the 2025 Korean Standard Service Quality Index
 

Alongside its continued design prowess, Coway also achieved recognition from several of South Korea’s leading customer satisfaction and brand trust-related awards this year, including from such representative Korean customer satisfaction indices as the Korean Standard Service Quality Index (KS-SQI) and the National Customer Satisfaction Index (NCSI). Such acknowledgement only further goes to reaffirm Coway’s long-standing reputation for quality and reliability not just in the eyes of the industry, but from the perspective of consumers, too.

In 2025, Coway further strengthened its commitment to sustainable management by securing an A rating in an ESG evaluation conducted by the Korea Corporate Governance Service (KCGS).

 

This recognition reflects Coway’s ongoing undertakings across environmental initiatives, social responsibility programs and governance transparency. So as to reinforce its ESG management framework, Coway established an ESG committee in 2021 and published its landmark 20th Sustainability Report earlier this year. Looking ahead, Coway remains determined in its focus to embed key ESG principles across all of its long-term strategies in order to ensure growth that is as responsible as it is resilient.

In Malaysia, Coway Malaysia marked its 19th anniversary by hosting the Coway Innovation Fest, an immersive event celebrating nearly two decades of growth in the region and showcasing the very latest product categories to be launched in the local market. Meanwhile, in the U.S., the Coway Airmega Mighty (AP-1512HH) achieved the milestone of having been named Wirecutter’s Best Air Purifier for 10 years in a row, and in Thailand, Coway brought the local community together by hosting the inaugural Coway Run, which saw more than 3,000 participants come together to strengthen community connections and underscore the brand’s expanding presence in the region. 

Together, these achievements demonstrate Coway’s evolving role as a global wellness brand. As Coway moves into 2026, the company remains focused on deepening its innovation capabilities, enhancing customer experiences and advancing sustainable growth across all the markets that it operates in.
